By Iblis

3 I will ascend into Heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit upon the Mount of Congregation, on the sides of the North; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.

Some info:

  1. architecture:
    My chosen profession. Why? Oh, c'mon, it's appealing. Not as easy as I thought at first, though. I think I like the concept of it, but not its construction per se.
  2. buildings:
    I love seeing how buildings form the scenery of the city. I'm a city girl, after all, despite what other people might claim based on trash accounts of my childhood. Indeed, I feel a bit uneasy in places where the average height of the houses barely reaches five floors.
  3. construction:
    I like seeing how things are built. It always amazes me how a building so huge can be erected from tiny pieces. Therefore, I always dread for their security.^^
  4. engineering:
    High-tech all the way! *fan of Discovery Channel's "Extreme Engineering" and another in which they create machines out of garbage* What could you expect from a sci-fi maniac?
  5. history:
    I love researching! And analysing, nit-picking, criticising. Besides, one's gotta know History to learn how the masses can be manipulated. Mwahahaha!
  6. literature:
    Literature is the best way to gain insight of another culture. It's interesting to compare the discrepancies between various authors from various epochs. Doing so you live many lives – not your own, but who can tell the difference? – and also improve whatever idiom you're currently into.
  7. mythology:
    The basis of all human weird behaviour and religion. One must study that in order to understand this strange race.
  8. philosophy:
    Philosophy is needed in order to bear all things unexplainable. Like why we need to earn a living.
  9. reading:
    Bookworm, bibliognost, bibliographer, biblioklept, bibliolater, bibliolatrist, bibliomane, bibliomaniac, bibliopegist, bibliophage, bibliophile, bibliophilist, bibliopolist. I've been called all that. Need I say more?
  10. theology:
    I'm trying to gain world domination by religion. It's the easiest and more effective way I found. Unfortunately, my religion was so good I couldn't help but make it exclusive to me. On the other side, religion is also a good way to learn another's culture – and be horrified at it. Kidding.^^

The year's at the spring,
And day's at the morn;
Morning's at seven;
The hill-side's dew-pearled;
The lark's on the wing;
The snail's on the thorn;
God's in his Heaven -
All's right with the world!
